This is my favorite Thai place - and that includes 6 weeks of traveling around Thailand! I've been going to Liang's OG food cart on the 16th street mall for a decade + and was so happy when they opened a brick and mortar too. Their boat noodles and pad kee mao are insane. I love spicy and they will blow your face off if you want or give you Mi Phed (no spicy) if you are lame. 100% recommend for anyone. Aroy Mak!
